Documents and applications, prepared for your approval. For mortgages, insurance and pensions.

Requesting, checking, chasing, submitting: MODUS takes over the document work as a running workflow alongside your platforms and broker management system. Your advisors gain time for conversations and closing.

Where the time goes today.

  • Every bank and every insurer wants different documents in a different form, and the lists change.
  • Incomplete submissions trigger requests for more and add days until approval or policy.
  • Clients ask about the status because they cannot see it anywhere.
  • Expiring fixed-rate periods, annual reviews and pension gaps get lost in day-to-day business.

Workflows we start with.

Every workflow starts in approval mode. The “Your team” column shows what stays with you.

  • Requesting and checking documents

    The system

Builds the document list per bank, insurer and case, checks incoming documents for completeness and legibility, requests exactly what is missing.

    Your team

Judgment on borderline cases, advice on the structure.

  • Applications and self-disclosure

    The system

Transfers details from documents into self-disclosure and application, spots contradictions, prepares the submission.

    Your team

    Review, product choice and submission.

  • Requests from banks and insurers

    The system

Picks up queries, requests missing documents from the client, follows up and reports completion.

    Your team

    Negotiation, terms, underwriting decisions.

  • Claims and contract changes

    The system

Records claims and change requests, prepares the hand-over to the insurer, keeps the client informed about the status.

    Your team

Approval of the submission, support in disputed cases.

  • Annual reviews and follow-on financing

    The system

Spots expiring fixed-rate periods and occasions in the portfolio, compiles the documents per client, drafts the invitation.

    Your team

    Conversation, recommendation and closing.

Alongside your systems.

The workflow is built around the software you use today. The names describe the landscape, not existing integrations or partnerships.

  • Europace, Baufinex, eHyp
  • Broker management systems such as AMS, SMART admin or Professional works
  • BiPRO standards and GDV data
  • Insurer portals and broker pools
  • Comparison calculators
  • Email, upload and client portal

What is not delegated.

Advice, recommendation and submission stay with the intermediary licensed under § 34d, § 34f or § 34i GewO. Advice and documentation duties, for example under § 61 VVG, and the GDPR determine which data may go where. Advice and decisions stay with you.

The first step is an analysis.

We look at one workflow in your firm: volumes, people involved, systems, limits. Afterwards you know whether it can be taken over and what that would take.
